Who we are
CastMenu is operated by AtoZBizHoldings LLC, a California limited liability company. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean AtoZBizHoldings LLC. Questions about privacy can be sent to sales@castmenu.app.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the CastMenu.app website, including the demo request form. Use of the CastMenu service is governed by a separate customer agreement, provided before any subscription begins.
Information you give us
When you request a demo, we collect the details you type into the form: the kind of business you are, your full name, your business email address, your restaurant or company name, and how many locations you have. We also record that you agreed to be contacted, the wording you agreed to, and the time you agreed.
If you arrived from a link that includes campaign tags (for example utm_source), we store those tags with your request so we know which link brought you.
Information collected automatically
- No analytics or advertising cookies. The public website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party trackers.
- Do Not Track. Because the website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, it does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
- Spam protection. The demo request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is submitting it. Turnstile processes technical signals about your browser and connection to make that check. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
- Abuse limits. To limit repeated submissions, we keep a one-way salted hash of your IP address, not the address itself, for up to 24 hours. We do not store your IP address with your demo request.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes request data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the website. Our hosting logs, which can include technical request details such as IP address and browser type, are kept for up to 7 days; the error messages our application writes to them do not include your contact details.
How we use your information
We use your demo request only to reply to you, arrange and run the demo, and follow up about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you: Cloudflare (hosting, database, spam protection and email forwarding) and Google (Gmail), which hosts the inbox our sales email is forwarded to. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep a demo request for 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you about it, such as a reply, call or meeting, or for 24 months after you sent it if we have not been in contact, and then delete it automatically. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Deleted records may remain in our database provider's encrypted point-in-time backups for up to 30 days before they are overwritten. Abuse-limit hashes are deleted within 24 hours.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you gave us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing sales@castmenu.app. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the privacy laws that apply to you; contact us to exercise them.
Where we operate
CastMenu serves businesses in the United States. We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information there. If you visit or contact us from outside the United States, your information is processed in the United States.
Children
The website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
Demo requests are stored in a database that only approved staff can view, behind sign-in protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
