These terms govern your use of the CastMenu.app website, operated by AtoZBizHoldings LLC, a California limited liability company. By using the website you agree to them. Use of the CastMenu service is governed by a separate customer agreement, provided before any subscription begins.

Information on this website

We describe CastMenu's features as Available now, In private preview, or Planned, as of the date shown on the page. Features in private preview are offered by invitation and may change. Planned features are not commitments, and no dates are promised. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a price quotation, or a contract; plans and prices are provided on request.

Demo requests

When you request a demo, you agree to give accurate information and to be contacted about your request. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: for example, do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit automated or false requests, or use it to break the law.

The website and its content, including the CastMenu name and logo, sample menu designs, text and images, belong to AtoZBizHoldings LLC or its licensors. Sample menus, prices, stores and screen names shown on the website are illustrative only. Restaurant and food images are AI-generated illustrations; they do not show real customers, locations or installations.

Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
